The Bread of Life Catholic Bible Study – in English

The Bread of Life Catholic Bible Study – by Deacon Ken and Marie Finn

is Available in English or Spanish.

To grow in a personal relationship with God, St. Dismas Guild encourages you to participate in The Bread of Life Catholic Bible Study workbook, written by our Founders Deacon Ken and Marie Finn, with written feedback from St. Mother Teresa and her sisters (Missionaries of Charity) and endorsed by St. John Paul II.

This workbook follows the Liturgical Calendar of the Church and helps prepare you for the upcoming Sunday Mass readings. There are 3 Cycles (A, B, and C) which correspond to the cycles of the Church Year. We begin a New Cycle each year, usually at the end of November, with the 1st Sunday of Advent.

This study consists of questions, commentary and application. This study is for group or personal use, it is Not a Correspondence Course.  (For inmates, this workbook is free of charge, but please do not return answers to us.  Also, there is no certificate issued/available.)

Prayer before reading the Bible…

Father, I can’t understand your Word without your grace, I acknowledge my weakness so your power can reach perfection in me. Send your Holy Spirit to remind, teach, and guide me to the Truth. And may I share, as soon as possible, whatever you teach me. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
